Professional engagement commences formally upon confirmed retainer instruction and submission of required primary documentation.
The client explicitly warrants that all documents, sale deeds, financial records, identity proofs (PAN, Aadhaar), and enterprise declarations furnished to our firm are genuine, authentic, and legally valid. Apex Legal Firm relies in good faith on the veracity of the materials supplied by the client and shall not be held liable for statutory rejections or legal penalties resulting from fraudulent, forged, or suppressed information provided by the applicant.
Our professional fee covers document drafting, authorized portal submission, legal scrutiny, and statutory liaison. All official Government stamp duties, portal filing challans, MCA fees, trademark statutory filing charges, and Sub-Registrar Office (SRO) search fees are external costs that must be borne by the client as per actual government schedules unless explicitly bundled under an all-inclusive formal invoice.
While our internal legal team drafts and submits applications within committed service-level agreements (SLAs), final issuance of licenses, company incorporation certificates, trademark registration certificates, and municipal approvals is subject to the review and discretion of designated Government officers and portal server uptimes. Apex Legal Firm cannot be held responsible for departmental delays caused by government server backlogs or statutory inspection requisitions.
Title Search Reports (TSR) and Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSR) prepared for builders, developers, banks, and NBFCs represent professional legal opinions formulated on the basis of available records from the respective Sub-Registrar Offices (SRO), Land Revenue authorities, and client disclosures. Such reports are delivered in conformity with prevailing property law standards and judicial precedents at the time of issuance.
All client inquiries, corporate agreements, litigation files, and commercial data shared with Apex Legal Firm are privileged communications maintained under the strict professional code of ethics established by the Bar Council of India. Client data will never be commercialized, monetized, or shared with third parties without express written mandate.
These terms and conditions, alongside all professional retainers with Apex Legal Firm, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to our professional services, the competent courts having jurisdiction at Yeola / Nashik, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive legal jurisdiction.
